my professional background

I have a PhD in Clinical Psychology and I’ve worked for over a decade as a psychologist specializing in PTSD and trauma therapy with first responders. I was contracted to work in the Canadian Armed Forces during the height of the Canadian military’s involvement in the war in Afghanistan. In my work with police officers, military members, veterans and firefighters, I honed my skills in healing trauma and particularly with a group of clients who are not typically people who would seek out therapy. Many of my clients were very masculine men who were used to “sucking it up.”

In 2015, I started a clinic called “Ward & Associates Psychological Services” continuing to work in the area of trauma and PTSD in first responders. I loved working with my clients and staff and deeply enjoyed the process of running the business, but I recognized that I was growing in a different direction professionally.

I had grown Ward & Associates to the level of a 7-figure a year business and in 2023, I sold Ward & Associates to pursue a new calling of working in a different way with clients.

You see, over the years of working as a psychologist, I was quietly and consistently pursuing mentorship and training in the spiritual arts. I had gifts and abilities that were regularly peeking through while I worked in the more traditional field of psychology. 

I would have intuitive insights that I would later find out to be accurate. I would recognize the role of karma in a certain client’s challenge. I could see the influence of experiences from a past life that needed to be cleared. I began to channel information relevant to my clients’ lives from the Akashic records. 

I decided to step out of my more traditional work as a clinical psychologist and more fully into my role as a mystical mentor and guide. I’m doing the work that is my true dharma — a High Priestess advisor to leaders and high achievers.

In ancient times, those in authority had an advisor who they sought out for wisdom and counsel.

No politician or member of royalty would be without such a guide - Merlin to King Arthur, Lady of the Lake, the Oracle of Delphi, the High Priestesses of the Temple of Isis.

As a leader, how do you walk your path? One thing I know for sure — your life and work will be more powerful if you don’t do it alone.

  • I do my best to spend less time on the things that don’t really matter so I can have all the time in the world for my relationships, pleasure, peace and adventure.

  • If they want to hang out, I jump at the chance! One of them loves horror movies so I’m powering through keeping one eye closed.
