Impeccable
A therapy business mastermind
I know you’ve been dreaming of a private practice that is harmonious with your life.
A business that provides you with the resources to live well, take care of yourself (and your family) and have more left over.
That doesn’t take over your entire life, but instead, enhances and complements the rest of what you do with your time.
A practice that allows you to work with clients who light you up. Clients who love to be helped by you and who you love to help.
But it’s feeling hard to get there on your own.
One of the things that I’ve noticed is that we often think we need logistical help. Like a how-to guide.
And sometimes we do.
But often what we REALLY need is…
Community.
A kind and supportive group of peers who we can bounce ideas off of and who truly and fully support your growth.
A Wise Guide.
Someone who has the capacity to hold all the business stuff and the psychology stuff and the LIFE stuff. Who can help you to bring a level of harmony to your life and mentor you to reach your next level of fulfillment.
It’s not therapy
Although of course, we know that’s helpful sometimes.
It’s not coaching.
But again, no shade on coaching. There’s definitely a place for that.
This group will help you step into your next level of success.
Is this something you desire?

About me…
I’m a PhD-trained clinical psychologist with over a decade of post-graduate experience.
I’ve worked in lots of settings- hospitals, mental health clinics, the Canadian Armed Forces mental health team to name a few- and I’ve also owned my own group private practice. I started working with clients in 2002.
In my group practice, I definitely made mistakes and learned from them. I was really obsessed with business strategy and tactics and took course after course on how to run a great psychology practice.
Over the years, I refined how I ran things and when I sold my business, I had retained all staff for 4 years, paid them well and the business was making over 7 figures per year. We had great systems, a well-functioning team with basically zero drama. Honestly, it was great and I truly had no complaints.
So, you may be wondering why I decided to sell my group. I realized that my gifts were better served in my role as a mentor and leadership guide, so I stepped away from my business and sold it to a wonderful local psychologist. If you potentially want to learn how to set up your business to sell, I’m happy to share what I’ve learned.
Overall, I love to connect with healers and leaders so I can help them step into a life that is full and satisfying for them, in every way possible.
