What is it like to be in The Impeccable Mastermind?

This group is designed to foster a deep sense of COMMUNITY. It’s hard to be a leader in the psychology world…it can be isolating and has its own challenges. For example, holding yourself to a high standard, managing the finances of the practice, training admin, having some level of responsibility for what goes on in each session, bringing in a steady stream of clients. It’s powerful to be in a group of supportive, smart, ambitious peers who really get the pressures of our industry. The vibe of Impeccable is that everyone celebrates wins and helps one another.

It’s also deeply SPIRITUAL, INTUITIVE & ENERGETIC. I am a spiritual mentor and I infuse energetic support and spiritual mastery into every aspect of my work. This includes invocations at the beginning of our meetings; calling upon your benevolent guides for support with your goals; engaging in specific spiritual activations and channeling in dedicated sessions; and a mix of both logical and intuitive reads on your business challenges. About me…

I’m a PhD-trained clinical psychologist with over a decade of post-graduate experience.

I’ve worked in lots of settings- hospitals, mental health clinics, the Canadian Armed Forces mental health team to name a few- and I’ve also owned my own group private practice. I started working with clients in 2002.

In my group practice, I definitely made mistakes and learned from them. I was really obsessed with business strategy and tactics and took course after course on how to run a great psychology practice.

Over the years, I refined how I ran things and when I sold my business, I had retained all staff for 4 years, paid them well and the business was making over 7 figures per year. We had great systems, a well-functioning team with basically zero drama. Honestly, it was great and I truly had no complaints.

So, you may be wondering why I decided to sell my group. I realized that my gifts were better served in my role as a mentor and leadership guide, so I stepped away from my business and sold it to a wonderful local psychologist.
