On today’s episode, I interview my friend Meadow Merry, a leadership coach who specializes in energetic alignment and emotional expansion.  

We explore Meadow’s evolution from working in International Relations to coaching leaders. She has travelled extensively and we discussed how travel has impacted her work and perspective on life. We discuss Meadow’s methodologies and how spirituality fits into her leadership coaching. She describes a time in her life when she was paralyzed by perfectionism and how she moved through it. Meadow has an incredible leadership program for women and we chatted about that.
