Episode 24. Initiation through chaos and grief with Kaylyn Rutkowski

On today’s episode, I interview my friend Kaylyn Rutkowski, an embodiment facilitator, high priestess, somatic practitioner, and healer.

We explore the concept of initiation and how initiation experiences are pre-planned in our soul’s curriculum.

Kaylyn describes the initiation that she has been going through in the past year, with the experience of suddenly leaving her job and shortly afterward facing the trauma of her dad’s murder.

We discuss the void season that Kaylyn has been in and the importance of giving oneself time to fully experience life’s challenges.

We get into Kaylyn’s gifts and offerings, including how she facilitates healing through somatic practices and pleasure.

So much wisdom in this episode! Enjoy.
